Morning Cooking Classes
Start your day with a memorable culinary experience at the Cinque Terre Cooking School. Our Morning Cooking Classes begin at 10:30 am, where you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly team who will guide you along a scenic route to our school. Upon arrival, you’ll be welcomed with the warm Ligurian hospitality that makes you feel like part of the family.
Over a cappuccino, our chefs will introduce themselves and give you a brief overview of the delicious three-course meal you’ll be preparing. For approximately the next three hours, you’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking experience, learning traditional Italian techniques and using fresh, local ingredients.
Around 1:00 pm, you’ll sit down to savour the meal you’ve created on our terrace, surrounded by beautiful views. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, allowing you to linger and enjoy the rest of your day at your own pace. We can’t wait to welcome you to our Organic Cooking School!
Sunset Cooking Classes
Our Sunset Cooking Lessons start at 18:00 each day, beginning with a warm welcome from one of our representatives who will escort you to the Cinque Terre Cooking School via a scenic route that showcases the beauty of the region. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with genuine Ligurian hospitality and treated like family.
As you sip on a glass of organic local wine, our chefs will introduce themselves and give you a brief overview of the delicious three-course meal you’ll be preparing together. The hands-on cooking experience is designed to be both fun and educational, as you work with fresh, local ingredients to create traditional Italian dishes.
At around 20:30, you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve crafted, dining on the terrace with stunning evening views of the beautiful Cinque Terre. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, allowing you to enjoy and savour the evening as long as you like. We look forward to sharing this special experience with you!

Cinque Terre Cooking School
You will have plenty of opportunity to discuss the lesson with other participants and also to ask the Chefs any questions you may have. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, and the day is great fun. Most participants tell us it was the highlight of their holiday!
The menu for our lessons is typical Ligurian cuisine, using mostly organic ingredients which are often grown by us at the school or sourced locally. We are able to cater for all dietary requirements and try to work a menu to suit all, Please specify at the time of making your booking.
Typical dishes prepared during a cooking lesson include fresh Pesto using fragrant Basil Leaves grown by us, Pine Nuts, Garlic, Olive Oil and Parmesan, Fresh Pizza, Pasta, Sea-Food anti pasti, Vegetable Tart, Various meat dishes in Ligurian Sauces, Ravioli in Ragu, Rice dishes, Rice Torte, Tiramisu, Panna Cotto.. and much more…plus of course the views of Monterosso. Most of the ingredients used are grown by us organically or sourced locally. We even make our own Organic Wines using age old traditional methods.
An authentic Italian Cooking Lesson
Our Cooking Lessons offer much more than just a Cooking experience, we would like to show you our passion for food which starts right from planting and cultivating, taking care that we create the very best ingredients for our school. At the end of each lesson we feel confident that you will be able to put into practice what you have been taught and look forward cooking these dishes when you get home to impress your family and friends. The cost per lesson is 149 euros per person and 80 euros for children under 12 years. This price will include a 3 course meal including all drinks throughout the day, Recipe Sheets and an Exclusive Cinque Terre Cooking School Apron and Bag. Discounts are also available if you would like like to take part in our Cinque Terre Wine School.
