Your hosts Jonathan & Delia, who live in Cinque Terre, work very hard in order to make sure that they are able to offer their guests the most memorable day participating in their wonderful Italian Cooking Lessons. Jonathan and his family are always busy growing a vast array of organic fruits, vegetables and herbs to use in the lessons as well as producing the most amazing organic wines from his own grapes using age old traditional methods.
